Seller's Comments: Profit wise route with chemicals being charged separately. Half the pools are in a five mile higher end area (Las Sendas, Mountain Bridge, Red Mountain). Very tight route overall. All pools are in mid to upper middle class areas creating easy sales of needed repairs & equipment. All pools are well maintained.
