Seller's Comments: Great solid starter route. Most of the route is newer pools with new equipment. This route is in choice communities with considerable room to expand. The route is very tight overall. 4 weeks off per year to adjust for the months that pools are serviced 5 weeks. It is a great way to take basically 4 paid weeks of vacation per year.
