Seller's Comments: Great very compact starter route. Six Chem only and six chem plus. Easy pools takes about 4 hours for the whole route. Filters, Pool RX/Blueray XL, Phosphate treatment are extra. Nice, established route in the Danville, San Ramon, Alamo area. Seller charges extra for filter cleans and salt cell cleans. Approximately: 100% have auto cleaners; 25%have salt systems. Excellent area and room for growth. Seller will train and guarantee transfer of accounts.
