Seller's Comments: This is a dream route. Route is unique in many ways but the standout attribute is the tightness of the route and all accounts are in Surprise. All 30 pools can be done in 5-7 hours in good weather. Super simple route with lifer customers that allow you to do your job without over your shoulder or asking you to stay longer. All customers are trained and know we are professionals and have full trust in our work. Nice, established route in the Surprise area. The Seller charges extra for filter cleans and conditioner.
