Seller's Comments: Amazing highly desired - tight route in their respective areas. 20 pools open all year and 7 close down for winter. Some seasonal customers are billed annually so there's a break in labor but no break in revenue. 70% of the route is saltwater pools which reduces chlorine spend. Customers with cartridge filters pay additional for filter cleans at $250 per clean 2x a year. Each customer prepays for the current month. Customers that are billed separately for chemicals (2) pay at the beginning of the following month. Nice, established route in the Acworth, Atlanta, Cartersville, Marietta area.
