Seller's Comments: This one won't last long. Service technician in place servicing over 35 accounts. Route has well established, loyal, well-paying customers. There are 107 repeat clientele during season (60 weekly/bi-weekly maintenance clients with opening & closing + others are open & close only accounts). Excellent potential to add more recurring weekly service during the open season on 40+ limited service (only open & close) clientele. The majority of the pools in the area have automatic covers so the pools stay very clean and chemical usage is low. This is a very seasonal route that allows owner/employees to take the winter off. Workload is approximately eight months (April - Nov.). There are 8 customers that are spas that are opened through the winter on a bi-weekly basis.
