Seller's Comments: Seasoned route over many years. All pools are in good shape with extra charges for filter cleaning every 3 months at $60. Many pools are accustomed to pool draining every 2 years and acid wash in the $600 range which creates a ton of add-on repairs and upgrades. Nice, established route in the Las Vegas area.
