Seller's Comments: A grade high quality route. The route consists of long-established clients. Almost all of these pools are pools that have been built by the seller and the seller is offering to assist a buyer on details of each pool. Several of these pools are still under the 3-year equipment warranty from Pentair. However, there are starting to be additional revenue streams for repair and replace work to be done. Company uses the pool brain service app, and the customers love it. They have come to rely on the weekly status updates and therefore don't spend a lot of time questioning if you have been there and have serviced their pool.
