Seller's Comments: Perfect seed route. Minimal driving time with all pools in one zip code. All customers have all been with the seller for at least two years and are very satisfied. Only two require vacuuming, the others are brush and net (all include chemicals) so all can be done in one day. Free used Hammerhead Vacuum included. Nice, established route in the Atascocita area. Seller charges extra for filter cleans and salt cell cleans. Approximately: 80% have auto cleaners; 10% have salt systems. Excellent area and room for growth.
